Can anyone ID these tiny cone shaped peppers?

So my mother's co worker know about my hot pepper obsession, and gave me some tiny peppers in a cup that were given to her by a neighbor. Of course she knows nothing about them.

They are about the size of a pinky nail, looks like they mature from green to orange then red. My first thought was Chiletepin, however these are cone shaped and not oval. The size and lack of purple made me rule out bolivian rainbow. The heat level is somewhere between hot and very hot, i can't tell with these little guys. Would like to know what they are before trying to start any of them. here is a pic

They kind of look like Plastic Nipples but have not got the proper tip to be them. Maybe a cross with them (wild guess).

I have something that looks like those, my label says Naga - Clearly not a naga, bush turkeys must have moved some labels around on me. I was guessing Tepin for mine.
