This is a sauce you can't buy, but did a homade sauce trade with Ed H. aka Habs.
Recieved an 8oz jar of raw hab juice with a nice smooth consistancy, he said he doubled the habs in the recipe he used. All my favorites are present, onions garlic and the hab heat with the presence of vinager that's not too overpowering. I'd say a 8 or 9 on the heat scale.
will try it as a additive with soup or stew and would be a good marinate for the BBQ or jerky.
