Is it just me, or are the consumers on this board outnumbered by producers by a large margin?

Is this place supposed to be geared more toward the hot sauce manufacurers? Just curious. I like the people I've met in here so far, so I think I'll stick around.

I'm a little new here so I may not be the best person to answer, but it does seem that there are many industry people here. On the other hand, it could just be the threads you've been reading.

Regardless, it is good to have you here! As a producer of hot sauce, your perspective is extremely important! Thanks for helping.

I think you may have more of an equal balance of industry people and non-industry people than you may think. I personally believe that many non-industry people may come to this site for information on new products, or to perhaps find reviews of various sauces they may be interested in, or even to expand their knowledge of the pepper in general. I constantly notice many un-named guests on this site, which are probably people just seeing what people think, or perhaps for inquiring on various reference material. It is kinda cool to have a mix like this, as we can all learn from one another, and at the same time, have a good laugh.
 
Brian, what part of Texas are you and your company located?

I was excited to see your sauces at central market. I'm going to pick some up and try it soon.
 
Hi there! Loco Luna Gourmet Foods is located in McKinney Texas. That is a northern suburb of Dallas. We do our manufacturing in Austin, but HQ is McKinney.

Where are you located? We are in all Central Markets as of today:).
