Hurrican Mash

Okay, here's my review of Tina & Co.'s Hurricane Mash.

If you like the taste of members of the habanero family, with little else to get in the way, you will love this sauce.

They have captured that clean, crisp flavor of habanero-type peppers and made a wonderful sauce out of it. It has an excellent balance of heat and flavor. From the moment I opened the cap, I knew it would be great. This sauce lives up to its boasts. I will buy this sauce again. And again. And....oh, well, you get the point.

As a special request, can you email me when/if you get a goat pepper mash up that isn't the hurrican blend? I'm curious to see if I can taste the difference. I doubt it, but it's worth a try. Great sauce. Hope you made a lot of it.

You'll be pleased to know that as we speak the Peppermaster is working on turning the Hurricanes into Goat Peppers. Our suppliers are negotiating costs with him, etc. as we speak.

If all goes according to plan, we will have them sometime between now and October.

Not to worry though, you'll most definitely KNOW when Goat Pepper Mash is ready to ship. I'll become quite verbose about it.
