It's cheap!
It's easy to use!
It's safe!
No electronics!

This is how I dry my fresh pepper seeds.
Its a candy container .
Bottom layer is a plastic tray then cardboard and papertowel .
Next is the grooved plastic tray you see . Then the air tight plastic our.
I leave seeds in for a week before dumping them into a medicine bottle with cotton balls.

I will post photos when I get home from work tonight.

I just place mine in the bottom of a plastic container with a piece of paper towel lying on the bottom. I then set the containers on top of the refrigerator. 3 or 4 day and they're good to go.

Put mine on a paper plate and forget about them for several weeks, usually one of the last things i do after the season, bag up the seeds
