Listen up y’all — it’s Chili time. NYU Local loves chili. NYU Local loves walking tacos (chili stuffed into a doritos bag with cheese on top). Who runs the world? Chili. There’s nothing better on a brisk fall day than a bowl of spicy chili — it warms the gaddamn soul. By the way, this post is a loving tribute to the queen of Texas, Miss Annie Werner (a.k.a. Tumblr’s Texan At Your Service) who shared her lovely chili recipe with us.

Good sounding recipe.
and it call for beans AND hominy! You are very brave, my friend! Limiting to "ONLY ONE" serrano might get you a little flack around here also~
