Includes:
7 Bhut Jolokia
4 Bhut Jolokia Chocolate
7 Bhut Jolokia Indian Carbon
3 Trinidad Scorpion Yellow
4 Trinidad Scorpion Red
4 Fatalii.

Also included is a 1/2oz of superhot powder consisting of: Bhut Jolokia, Bhut Jolokia Indian Carbon, Dorset Naga, Bombay Morich, 7 Pot Red, 7 Pot Barrackpore, 7 Pot Douglah, and Trinidad Scorpion Yellow.

I froze the Fataliis for later use in something else I’m planning for and added some orange habaneros and other ingredients and spices. Minced or shredded everything and placed into a fermenter where it will spend the next 45 days.

I love the look of the little chuncks of the Chocolate Bhuts in there. This is the first super hot sauce I’ve done so I’m excited to see how it comes out. Now I just have to figure out what to call this mix of atomic ingredients.

I see you saved the fatalii's for something else. May i recommend a fatalii mojito. This was recommended to me and now I cannot get enough. Works well with yellow scorps too!

Hey Muskymojo, yeah the sauce turned out great. Not as hot as i'd hoped but great taste and still a good amount of heat that will turn most non-chiliheads towards the milk jug. I called it Ground Zero with the tag line: "So hot your moma is going to break sweat" I'll post some pics later tonight.

BTW that powder is lethal! I got a bit of it raw on my tongue by accident ;) and WHEW!

Not to throw a turd in the pool, but if you are thinking of ever making this a commercial sauce that name is already taken by a company called Original Juan. They make a line of sauces called Da Bomb, and one of them is called Ground Zero.

Dang it, I did some looking around and didn't catch that one, Oh well, back to the design board for the label.
