hot-sauce Mossy Bayou Louisiana Swamp Scum hot sauce

A product that we tried for the 1st time about 5 years ago at the National Fiery Food show and really liked and have recently been reintroduced to and again find very good made with cayenne peppers vinegar, salt, & molasses with a great smoky flavor( not sure where the smoke flavor comes from) & a hint of heat.
i would give it a 7 of 10 on flavor and a 5 of 10 on heat this sauce works great on lots of dishes we like with rice & beans, and dishes that don't require loads of heat.

Hello, Mick. Thanks for the rapid shipment, as well as the extra you put in the box. I look forward to trying this sauce. I didn't know it was a mango sauce. (my wife's favorite. I make a mango-habanero salsa that's pretty good.

Anyway, thanks for the rapid shipment. Thanks for the extra sauce. And thanks for the vial of smoked habanero. Do you sell the smoked habanero as well? I've alreay tried it, and it is much more flavorful than Death Rain (Blairs)

Glad to hear you got your sauce and no the smoked powder is my little food additive that I carry when we go out to eat for those meals that need something the little vial is easy to carry

In all honesty, I did not get to try the sauce last night. I forgot I had reservations at a swanky restraunt, and the chef would have shot me had I whipped out a bottle of hot sauce to put on my Trout Muniere.
(I did sprinkle a little of your powdered pepper though ;) )

I will try it tonight without fail and post a review. You say the sprinkle is your special mix....does that mean you don't have it as an offering? I'll recheck your website for it. That stuff is great.

No we don't sell it that is from my garden and the habs I smoke on our smoker and use like I said on those not so great meals you get sometimes when you eat out and also on my foods that I don't want to add hot sauce my wife doesn't like it as spicy as myself this way I can have it the way I like without making it to spicy for her and is less cumbersome then a bottle of sauce if you like it that well i can send more as when i turn it to powder it goes a long ways.
Glad you liked it hope you like the sauces as well.
