A product that we tried for the 1st time about 5 years ago at the National Fiery Food show and really liked and have recently been reintroduced to and again find very good made with cayenne peppers vinegar, salt, & molasses with a great smoky flavor( not sure where the smoke flavor comes from) & a hint of heat.
i would give it a 7 of 10 on flavor and a 5 of 10 on heat this sauce works great on lots of dishes we like with rice & beans, and dishes that don't require loads of heat.
