Just started my 2nd season of making apple wine! I pressed 22 gallons of cider with a press I found in in a field and restored.
The apple wine is made from mixed apples from an organic orchard, honey from our own beehives and Champaign yeast.
Also stumbled into 120lbs of organic/biodynamic Shiraz grapes! After pressing the grapes through my press it resulted in 6 gallons of wine.
