Sause in Seattle

DoubleD Meats, for a retail store

http://doubleddmeats.com/

Zane and Zack's are at the Ballard Farmer's Market most Sundays. But you'd probably want to contact them directly before making a special trip to Ballard.

At the bottom of thispage is a list of where their products are sold

Some of the other Seattle Chileheads might know some other places (chileaddict, habaneroheat81, duvalldave, lazinfat, bigcedar...)

Happy Hunting!

Where can I get some good chiliheads products in Seattle?

DoubleD Meats in Mountlake Terrace has the most extensive selection of sauces I have ever seen. They sell Defcon's wing sauces (the best) and some of Heartbreaking Dawns products. I highly recommend trying out many of the products from THP members. They are the friendliest folks you will meet and I find they are MUCH better than store bought (Salsalady, etc, etc,...). Since I had no luck in finding good chile products in the Seattle area, I now rely on the members of this site (and my home grown) for all my superhot needs.

Its funny how vast Pike place market is yet you can't find near the amount of products as you can from DoubleD Meats. Generally though, I click on profiles that have web addresses and go there. That's another reason for "Chile/Zest fest. You get to sample products before you purchase them. As SL said, Zane and Zacks are local and generally out on Sundays but they have a web address you can go to. Duval Dave is also a hot sauce maker that's local. Texas Creek is also a good one that's from SalsaLady. Defcon isn't local but well known all over. His sauces are really good and he is always trying new products.
