I just want to know if i can post somewhere in the marketplace im doing a new raffle and then conduct it entirely on my own thru email and not on THP.com?? This has to be allowed i would think...not conducting it thru here just posting a thread that im doing it on my own...what you think boss??

No, you can't advertise anything illegal. This is not confined to your state, and it is not charitable. You can't just take people's money.

Some states allow raffles while others do not.

Some states require that you submit a registration form in advance. Other states require a filing fee. It is important to research the laws that apply to the state where the raffle will be taking place.

In states where raffles are legal, the proceeds must benefit a registered charitable organization or school. The raffle cannot be a for-profit money making venture for a business or individual.
