auction Super Auction #1 - You Like it Hot? You've Come to the Right Place! - CLOSED

I have thought about doing this for a long time, but never got around to it. Several here expressed interest in this. Well, what I'm doing is auctioning off probably the largest SINGLE seed lot of super hot peppers available!! Hell, it's almost Christmas time, right? What better way to make a chilehead happy than to offer them seeds of almost everything I have spent 5+ YEARS collecting when it comes to super hots? To sweeten the deal, I've added some of my favorite Trinidad strains and Scotch Bonnet types.

Please note all seeds are open pollinated. Generally, I get very favorable purity rates on my grow-outs, but I want to let people know if bidding. For every variety listed except two (Red Scotch Bonnet LG and one other), you are getting 10-20 seeds of each. The minimum seed count for those two varieties is 6 seeds. This should provide enough seed to grow them all out.

THERE IS NOW A TOTAL OF 50 VARIETIES LISTED HERE!

Note, ALL bids must be posted on this thread to be considered. The highest POSTED bid as of 11:00 PM EST on 12/7/11 wins the lot. I will ship them your way once payment is received. I must receive payment via Paypal. If it's rare, it's most likely in here!!

Note, I will allow non-U.S. members to bid, but please note there is nothing I can do to ensure the seeds safely make it to the final destination. Customs could cause issues. I'm happy to send them via a declaration form in a bubble envelope. PLEASE make sure it's legal to import seeds into your country before bidding. The risk is on your side if bidding. It's not my fault as it's out of my control.

Starting bid is $30. Bid increments go in $1 stages.

Judy set the record for pod auctions with her brain strain offer..
Chris, You will be setting the THP record for seed auctions with this one.

Very nice offer my friend, you'll sure be making someone real happy this holiday season.

Ps.. good luck on the price only increasing in 1 dollar increments

Many from 2010 - forward. Some are from 2008 and 2009. I have had zero issues with seed viability from my saved seeds even when sowing 7+ year old seeds. i store them carefully and they are dried correctly. If there's an issue with a variety for some reason, I'll make it right. Don't think there will be though.

Chris

Are these seeds from this years grow? If not all from this year, then what years?

There are good auctions going on right now!!

I wish I hadn't blown my pepper money already...
Good luck guys!
