What would I need to modify, as I don;t want the cooled oil vapor in the final product.

That is some very nice stuff!

Very PRETTY display and apparatus but totally worthless for doing anything but showing what distillation is.

You can distill a tiny amount of liqueur with the device but it would only be enough for demonstration purposes. If that is your intention then have fun.
Basically the thing is way too small to do anything but play with.

The current exchange rate is $1 to .73 Euro

I use an old water heater with a copper column filled with ceramic cylinders in the distillation tower with a double walled condenser connected to my sink faucet to collect Alcohol until it is about 50%.

Yes it is, my still that i would own if it were legal isn't that small and cannot pump out 3.6 litres of 95 percent alcohol. I would swap it for that one, if i owned it of coarse!
