You can distill a tiny amount of liqueur with the device but it would only be enough for demonstration purposes. If that is your intention then have fun.
Basically the thing is way too small to do anything but play with.

The current exchange rate is $1 to .73 Euro
I use an old water heater with a copper column filled with ceramic cylinders in the distillation tower with a double walled condenser connected to my sink faucet to collect Alcohol until it is about 50%.
