Blazing saddles!

Hello everyone! I'm glad to find out about this site from a great couple I met on a bus ride from Buffalo, NY to Toronto, ON. I'm hoping to learn more about growing hot peppers in this northern climate and shareing some recipes with you folks. I've grown scotch bonnets, tepins and several types of chilies so far and looking forward to trying some new flavors. Great find here!

Well met and greetings from Door County Wisconsin  That is just above Green Bay Packers and the Peninsula that sticks out into Lake Michigan. I am already starting seeds here for the long maturing plants and some I want to sell early to the tourists.

We are a little north of you but we have the lake on one side so we are zone 4 and I will have trouble growing the tropical peppers  I too have some tepin started; Do you bring your tepin in for winter?

:welcome:
Later
Balac :drunk:
