A closer look at the pods. I think they're about 2 weeks old or so.

Thanks for reading guys I'll keep you up to date on how it goes. And please if you notice anything I should try or change please let me know. Thanks for all the input ahead of time. Keep Growing!!!

Alright guys things are changing. White and Red Bhuts are coming in nicely and loving all the sun. I'll probably be posting a few more pics this weekend. Hope all is going well for everyone else too.

Some more ripe Bhuts... :D

Great photo man. Wallpaper worthy.

Let's see some more. I am really interested in those white Bhuts. Got any ripe ones you can take a photo of?

Alright guys more pod pron.

photo89.jpg

Ok so my label was wrong this can't be an Orange Hab. I've never seen an Orange Hab reach for the sky like that.
Any guesses what I have here guys?? Hungarian Hot Wax??

photo90.jpg

This one is actually looking more like an Orange Hab.

photo91.jpg

A group shot of the Cayennes.

photo93.jpg

Here is a shot of my Sweet Banana peppers. Grown up side by side.

photo94.jpg

And we have another Changling on my Bhut Jolokia. :D

Thanks Matt. I don't have any White Bhuts yet. I feel like I stunted there growth cause I put them out in the garden after only 3 or so days of hardening off and then we had some crazy strong winds come through. But I just checked on them today and I'm seeing some new growth so hopefully soon we should be seeing some pods.

Alright guys thanks for stopping by. I feel like Mr. Rogers saying that. lol.
This is a little something that should make everyone laugh.

That second one doesn't look like an orange hab either...The stem caps to too big to be chinense???

Feel like Mr Rogers won that battle...

I'm back... Sorry its been a while guys. But exciting stuff has happened.

photo96.jpg

The new Addition to the yard. 12 of the squares will be devoted to the seeds that Shane and Mike sent me. Its going to be super hot. Hey oh!

photo98.jpg

Look at all my Red Bhuts... I was thinking of making some super Chicken Breast... Any Ideas??

Thanks again for viewing.

I dunno what a chicken breat is??? Lol got ya again! Watch my posts and you'll catch me to. Looking great man! Thanks for the mention in the post. The least I could do it spread the wealth. Can't wait to see how these look in a few months! May be a little crowded with that many in that little space, but I overcrowd all the time to. Production may be a little less, but it will look really cool. Like a mini pepper rain forest!

Everything is looking GOOD! The 7 yellow and jonahs look really healthy. Gonna be a strong plant if you keep that up. I was really disappointed in not getting any yellow 7s to germ, so I ordered a plant from CCN. Kinda wouldn't be complete without the yellow 7, I have just about everything else...

But those beds look nicely built and ready to explode.

That hornworm story is too funny. Death to pepper pests!
Is that a jalapeno you're holding on the last page?
Your pods are really shaping up, GT. Must be fun
watching stuff take off like that!

Alright guys here is a quick video update cause I was to lazy to take pictures of everything and upload them. Hope you all had a great Easter.

Thanks for Viewing.

I'm back. Dag it has been a while since I've been on here. I'm sorry for that guys. Here are some pics.

Lots of Jalapenos ( this picture wouldn't load)

Some Jalapenos... I have so many now that I've potted him up.

photo106.jpg

And just another shot of them.

photo105.jpg

I believe this is my Yellow 7 Pod. Again I lost the tag for it. :(

photo104.jpg

I'm pretty sure this is my Giant White Hab. Can't wait I just got a bloom so we should know soon.

photo100.jpg

And this plant just keeps on giving. I've already gotten 4-6 peppers off it.
And it looks like I'll have many more in the near future from all the buds coming in.

photo107.jpg

And These are my White Bhuts. They are looking great and finally have some buds coming in. Crossing my fingers for a lot of peppers from these guys.

Alright guys that's my up date for now. I might post a few pod pics tomorrow.

Thanks for viewing.

LOL! Did you decide to post after I guilted you into it on the tube???

Everything is looking great though, and you better not spend 100 days in between posts again!! :snooty:

lol. Yes sir. It was all your fault... I was actually just being very lazy and just posting videos on YouTube. My bad. I'll definitely step it up soldier.

Happy Holiday Weekend Everyone.

God Bless America!

I was pretty excited to see what I think is a Yellow 7 Pod\Pot pod today. I'm pretty excited about it. I'll make sure to take some pics when I can actually capture it with my phone.

Guys I was wondering what is the best way to make Chipotle peppers?
Any secrets, recipes or things I should know. Thanks for the help.

Congrats on the 7! As far as the chipotle...I smoke mine for at least 2 hours, more if I want them softer for blending. Gotta go with your own taste-buds on this one. For chipotle mayo I smoke them for about 4 hours with some pretty good heat (about 200-225) so that they blend well. It will depend on the pods/smoker/wood you are using. If I want to dry them thoroughly I smoke them for 2-3 hours then throw them in a standard dehydrator or the oven...if I try to dry them in the smoker, they come out tasting too smoky or burnt. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks Shane. I'm going to have to ask friends or look into getting a small smoker.

Alright here are a few pics.

photo109.jpg

So many Cayennes. These plants just keep on giving.

photo110.jpg

This is the other side of the same plant. :D

Alright and here is what I think is my 7 Pod/Pot. I don't know for sure because I lost/mixed up the labels.

photo108.jpg

There she is what a beauty. And I just saw this afternoon after work that I have two more coming in.

All Smiles here...

Thanks for lookin'... Have a good weekend.

Alright well I'm pretty sure it hasn't stop raining here in Orlando, Fl since my last post. My plants and yard seem to be enjoying it but its making it really hard to get out there and get some nice photos. But this morning I was able to get at least two good shots of some nice pods coming in.

photo112.jpg

These are some Red Bhut Jolokias I have coming in. Looks like I have about three pods so far.

photo111.jpg

And this is what I believe to be one of my 7 pods or my Giant White Hab. If you know just from looking at the pods and plant please let me know. I've lost the label and forgot which is where. :(
As you can see I have at least 8 pods in the photo and I believe I found 3 more on the other side of the plant as well.

What a giver...

Alright guys thanks for viewing... Have a great weekend.
