Tabasco heartburn?

Recently I've been mainly eating tabascos because it's the only plants I have that have ripe pods. I've been getting heartburn everynight (I eat peppers every night) I didn't seem to get it with Habaneros.
Anybody ever have heartburn problems with tabascos? They a pain to deseed so there is alot of seeds being eaten,could that be it?
 
Seeds don't really contribute anything much more than texture. The heat from a seed is solely on the outside.

Since they aren't quite as hot, are you eating more tobascos than you do habs?

Tabascos are so small I'll dice up a handful, the seed question wasn't about heat, just didn't know if maybe it was contibuting to the heartburn, I'll deseed a hab before eating it, near impossible (or time consuming actually) for a tabasco. It may be just chance that the heartburn is happening and has nothing to do with the tabascos.
