Hello ondra, as far as i can see you should decrease the distance of the light from your plants.
I think that 25 cm should be the right setup

Mild: when the lamp was down, the plants began to fade :-( .. this 100W light produce much heat

day 17.

Welcome to THP and good luck with your grow. Watch out for mold with the pots you are using. I used the same ones last season and when you have them touching that close they have no air flow.

Your starts look just great, ondra - I'll be asking you questions!
You are smart to have a reasonable grow list and a manageable
set-up! Good luck as you carry on... and :welcome: from the Pacific
Northwest USA!

 thanks

i use 100w light (http://shop.conrad-uk.com/1/2-a2-uk0649221__osram-plant-light-lamp-natural-r80-100w-100-r80-natura-.html), but thinking about change .. this light produce much heat and eating a lot of energy

They have used up all the available food sources they have and are giving out from it I'd say. Give them some food and wait...... They will come back IMO

Looks like you left the cloth around your jiffy pellets...if so it they may be having a hard time punching roots through. I always carefully remove it when I transplant.

You flat of seedlings looks awesome, ondra.
