Hey guys,
My name is Al. I am a heat-lover living in Regina, SK. I have been fortunate enough to travel around an experience a lot of tastes and heats.
I am on here to get some information about doing home bottling and sales of hot sauce. I have a few great recipes that I would love to share with the public in my town at the farmers market and a few local grocery shops. Anyone here do their own hot sauce companies?

Welcome aboard! Check the marketplace forums and you should find what you're looking for. Be careful to only post businesslike stuff in there. Any buying, selling, trading or stuff like that has to stay in there. There are several members that are in the sauce business...Good Luck!
