I bought a few random seeds to try to grow

I have this soil

This heating mat

This soil temp. gauge

I also have some small Jiffy seed starter pots. I know nothing about growing.

Are there any guides that I should follow? I plan on doing this mostly indoors, but maybe transplanting it to outdoors if it gets warm enough.
