I am so glad that I found this site! My name is Steve and I live in Toronto Canada. I love food and always look for opportunities to try foods from around the world. I am a rare Canadian in that I have a smoker in my backyard and enjoy making smoked meat.
Last year I started a food blog called The Black Peppercorn
It has been a lot of fun documenting some dishes that I have made. I have also gotten into making my own sauces. My father has a huge pepper garden and keeps me stocked with a good supply of hot peppers.
I am looking forward to getting to know you and sharing on this site!
