Overwintered Bhut got a new 7gal geo pot today :) And oh yea Geopots produce massive root systems.

What's a Geopot and why does it produce massive root systems?

its a cloth type of pot that air prunes the roots when they hit the edge so it produces many many very fiborous root hairs instaed of wrapping around the plant base and strangling it like normal pots can.

And makes it very hard to overwater :cool:.


Here is one of the bhuts i gave to Urban Garden Supply they put her in a 20gal geo pot.

O wow they look amazing do those geopots have the velcro on the side like the 1 gallons.

yea some do some dont and some even have handles liek the one i got did cost 7$ for the 7gallon one

Thats awesome, thanks for the info . Its probably the same as smart pots and root pouches. I also have 5, 7, and 10 gallon root pouches ready for 2012 :)
