Tepin Stalk is extremely thin

I just transplanted my pepper plants today, and I noticed that while most of my peppers are fairly healthy and thick on the stalks however both of my tepin plants are ridiculously small, anyone know what could have caused this? and how can I getthe stalks thick and healthy, or is this the normal thing for Tepins?

Tepins have thin stalks normally which firm up into harder branches (still thin). Are you growing indoors? If so, put a fan blowing a light breeze onto the plants to simulate wind and that's strangthen them up. Or you can also lightly shake the whole plant twice a day.
