hot-sauce LDHS Green Hot Sauce

First of all let me tell ya I am no where near a professtional reviewer and this is the first time I have done this so .........
I love me some hot sauce and usually have around 8-12 bottles goin in the fridge at any given time. With that said....

I got a couple of bottles of Lucky Dogs Hot Sauce Green the other day in the mail from LDHS. Cracked the wax seal and was "Lucky" enough to be able to salvage the paw print on the top of the bottle after removing enough wax to open the bottle.
Cracked it open and did the sniff test. I got a bit of Jalapeno rush with an obvious presence of garlic.
Grabbed a spoon and poured a liberal amount into it and in the piehole it went. It has a bit of smokey flavor from the roasted peppers (not too smokey) and could definetly taste the garlic. I didn't notice any vinegary taste but did get plenty of the lime. Vinegar is listed on the label but not sure where it's at and that's a WIN!
None of the flavors overpower each other but the roasted Jalapeno's stand out for sure (which is what I would expect). There wasn't allot of heat which is par for the course in Jalapeno sauce. I would rate the heat ~ 3-10. I gave some to Mrs. Hops and she liked it as well... (she don't do the hot sauce thang but she like this).
I had it with cheese / crackers and venison summer sausage dolloped quite liberally last night and smothered a burger from the grill with it tonight.

Good work LDHS!!
