This is a hot sauce I made from fermented Chapeu du Frade. Pretty spicy.

my bishops crown arent that spicy at all...
are your something with much more firepower?
you seem to have trouble with the plastic shrink on the bottles....
how did you shrank it?

IDK, mine were called Chapeu du Frade and while they certainly aren't superhots, they aren't jalepenos either. I'd place them somewhere around tabasco types peppers.
I used a hair dryer. They're not for commercial use so I'm not too worried about it. Besides my own use, they're going to be gifts.
