Perth, Western Australia. Anyone hit up Novembars in Dianella?

Used to live nearby, but not local anymore.
Seems an enterprising gent who has taken over the typical small fish and chip shop to turn it into a cafe/burger joint.
He has a 'Hit the roof burger"


Also does a bhut jolokia burger - 'Red Face and Runny Nose Burger'. $30, but free if you finish it in 10min.

"The menu isn't all giant burgers (of which there are 22 types) - Novembar's also have pizza, pasta, chicken, steak, seafood and coffee"
Seems a pretty good place to go to if nearby. It's in the typical suburban back street small corner deli type shop strip though.
Right next to the bottle shop so you can BYO as long as you can get a few of the 20 only available seats inside apparently.

I'm going to check it out myself sometime this month, but googling the place will give you plenty of info and reviews.

Yeh mate i went a couple of months ago. Decided to try the milder version of the "Red Face and Runny Nose Burger" first which is $20 and it's basically a 400g chilli/beef patty smothered in blair's ultra death sauce on top. Was pretty full on! even that took me over 10 minutes to finish haha. The owner reackons the $30 version is 10x hotter :/ keen to try it but wowww that will be hard to finish..

The other burgers are real nice too. It's very different compared to most burger joints which i like.

Yeah he loads the red face runny nose burgers with extract.
He said to me once" I had a dream that I killed someone with my burger it was so hot. I went to jail but when I got out I was still able to make burgers so it is all good".
I would rather see a burger challenge with super hot chillies rather than extracts. you aren't meant to eat extracts like that.
He has some other good ideas though.

Other than being uber hot, are the burgers actually tasty ? Or are they just average burgers with a shitload of ultra hot chilli sauce ?
