I'm with Staff on this one. The Meaner Greener has a great taste, and just enough heat to rouse the tastebuds. We used it on shrimp and loved it.
We also received the Mango Island Sauce. This was good as well, as shows that Mick has a definite handle on blending. I found this one sweeter, with a nice slap of heat. My wife enjoyed this one as she is into the sweeter sauces.
Out of the 3 we received, my personal favorite was the Crawfish Festival Hot Sauce. This was a little more up my alley with heat, and the texture was something I'm not really used to. I used it on bacon-wrapped scallops on the grill, and it was as if thios sauce was made for them.
Mick, I'd like to thank you again for the sauces, they are distinctly different from the ones we make, which made them that much more enjoyable. However, you MUST start bottling the Habanero flakes, those things are just flat out awesome.
