My first attempt growing many hot peppers

Thanks to all who gave me seeds or traded for my tomatoes.
Just thought I'd post some pics and varieties Im growing...

I'm growing:
Aji Omni Color
Aji Limo rojo
Aji Cristal
Aji Dulce #2
Aji Pineapple
Bolsa de Dulce
Aji Lemon Drop
Congo Brown Hab
Scotch Bonnet (Red Hat)
TFM Scotch Bonnet
Jamaican Hot Chocolate
Brown (Long) Hab
White Hab
Bulgarian Carrot
Thai Dragon [no germination from this yet]
Thai (orange)
Red Rocoto: had a little trouble but finally some sprouted
Yellow Fatali: had a little trouble also but finally some sprouted
Sweet Hab
Zavory
Trinidad Red Seasoning
Trinidad Yellow Seasoning (might be also known as Trinidad Perfume?)
Bolivan Rainbow
Malaysian Goronong: interesting most seedlings start off with 3 leaves different than other peppers.

Trinidad Scorpian (Butch T): having trouble with these rarer ones, guess cause Im not growing in enough heat.
Yellow 7 Pot Brain: also having trouble with this one... just had one sprout this weekend. Heard the superhots take longer to germinate.
Chocolate Ghost pepper: Got 4 to germinate. The leaves all looked a little brown on the tips of 3 of those seedlings. i read they need heat so i put it somewhere where it got too much humidity/heat and they died haha. Gonna try again with my remaining seeds.

Pics attached.
Just using same simple method i used for tomatoes last year. Have them growing on top of books hehe to keep mice from easily getting in with flourescent lights)
Last year my tomatoes and hot peppers were close to ground and mice got in and ONLY ate the hot peppers and left tomatoes alone lol?
Tomatoes are on left tray, peppers and some other things on right tray.
I use a books on each side to raise the lights and may remove a book under the left tomatoe tray since they grow faster than the peppers.

I'll probably move them to little pots next week. They dont seem to mind the crowding for now.
Do you guys use those peat seed trays? thats what i used, i think it worked pretty well (and except for the rarer superhots).
What kind of soil would you recommend to use when moving a seedling to something larger?

Thanks guys!,
When can the plants do well without the humidity dome?
3 sets of leaves?
Do i need to wean them off it over a certain period of time? (like 1hrs without it for 2 days, 3hrs without it for 2 more days, then 5hrs, etc?)

Just thought I'd share first hot peppers forming of the 20+ varieties I have growing. The winner is ... Bulgarian Carrot!

Here is my setup for hot peppers and tomatoes:

The hot peppers I did in 5gallon white bag-pots. Using them for space saving since I wanted to try out all these different heirloom tomatoes in ground.
I had 10gallon pots too but seemed like overkill. Don't need alot of production for only me and my dad :).
Will space them out, maybe forming a wall around the tomatoes to deter the groundhog which likes to snoop around the tomatoes last year.
Tomatoes are 3ft apart and doing cages and also twine-rope support that I liked alot last year.
