seeds Germination advice of a pepper rookie

[background=rgb(255, 244, 228)]Managed to get some cayenne and habenaro seeds today.Whats the best way to germinate them.I hear you can put the seeds in some damp paper towel, then stick it in a zippy bag and put it somewhere hot.Has anyone done this and does it work?[/background]

What I did was got a starter kit at menards for like20$ came with heat pad and tray and dome then get some jiffy pellets. Has worked

They even have pots that you can pot up with that are bigger than solo cups they are bio so will break down in ground was like 2$ for 10 makes for a easy transplant outside.
