Hot Freakin Icecream

Wow. Capsaicin is soluble in fats & oils. That must be insanely hot and keep burning long after the fact over ice cream.

I got some blueberry hot sauce in my cabinet. Next time I have ice cream I'm tempted to try it........
 
That sounds delecious!

A local popsicle maker here took some of our Jalapeno paste from our sauce and made Mango/Peach/Jalapeno popsicles... they turned out great.
