That is why my girls are not allowed to water mamma's peppers! lol. Do you have a fan circulating in the grow area? It will help dry them out quicker and strengthen the stems. They look a little leggy too, maybe put the light closer? OR just put them in you're greenhouses outside. I am germinating outside now, perfect weather for it!

Good luck with the grow Denniz! You can bring the kiddos over this summer, they can pick strawberries, cukes and tomatoes while we pick the supers! :)

The ones that started off strong and went weak were most likely dampened off. Dampening off is often from overwatering. Caused by a fungus attack, often from water molds.

Melissa- I still had seedlings should I leave them there. In the green house. 24-7?! Or bring them in at nights. Earlier today the seedlings were out for 3 hrs with no problems 0700-1000.

I have non pepper plants growing Along with fruit trees. I'll take you up on the harvesting. :)
Feel free to come over. We have guavas. Kumquat. Loquat. Apples. Pomegranate. Avocados. Grapefuits. Mangos. Nectarines. Peaches. Lemons. And persimmons. Along with zukes. Cukes. Maters. K0rn. Eggplants. Pumpkins. Lol.

I know they're leggy. I'll replant them deeper.

Dang that is a whole lot of fruit and veggies, love it! Give me another 2-3 years at my house and I will have mostly edibles growing. I will have to stop by with the fam one of these days we are in Covina, my little one will eat all you're fruit! lol

Keep them outside all night, just zip the little greenhouses up. I had one like that last year, I germinated all my seeds in it. You have no hardening off problems that way. Don't keep them on the top shelf though, save it for older plants, I found that on really hot days the heat was too intense for seedlings on the top shelf.

well... i came home from work tired...and went outside to relax and have relief....instead..i went outside to a death bed... sunflowers scorched... tomatoes...tomatillos and beans all wilted and all dry... they were shaded but i guess with the heat radiating....the water in them was not enough...so i spent a good half hr watering them back to life.. hopefully when i wake up in 5 hrs they will all be okay....tomorrows only suppose to be 79...so hope they will be okay....

You sure have gone through a lot of stuff like me this season, hope all goes well and you get some produce from them :)

I started out with about 70 plants in soil, 40 still alive but half of them are sick and dying! So if I'm lucky there will be 15 plants left of the total 70.

The soil I got from the local store was loaded with bugs, after a while I thought I was rid of them but their back! Larval Thrip idiot bugs!

Got random disease, I must have all possible diseases haha. Only water a tiny bit when soil is bone dry and plant is wilting but still manage to get edema on many of the plants, makes no sense.

There is like leaf curl everywhere.

All my plants in hydroponics are perfect though, so healthy. Guess I'm a soil idiot haha

So trust me, you're not alone with struggling!

If you mean the two leaves with brown I'm going with either sun burn our fert burn. I had some big leaves that were brown, just pruned them at the stem, no harm and new growth started. But I'm no expert

Looking great King! I would prune the leaves with the black spots and spray them with some fungicide. If you don't have any there are some home remedies that are effective if you google them. Also saw your post on 3/5 King's page about ferts, I use Alaska Fish Ferts. Wally World like $7 and they'll love it. Mix it at half strength to start with and only feed them EARLY or LATE! If I am spraying on the ferts I always do it in the evening, but if watering it in I do it at first light in the morning. Your plants will love you for it!

does the fish ferts works better if being used as foliar spray or watering?

I've done both...I think they get more out of it when watered into the soil, but spraying them with a weak fish fert/epsom salt spray gives them a quick pick me up.

Only thing to be careful of is it can attract animals/pets.

yea stinks like shiit....i sprayed my plants with epsom salt 1tbsp in 1 galon last april 12, and this morning i sprayed alaska fish fert 2 tsp in 1 galon..is that alright?its like 10 days gap

shane... will try all these things...if i snip the leave.. do i just trim the leaves or cut at the stem...

pinoy.. pare.. overload naman ... too much info.. haahha but i did take a look at it.. and will use this as point of reference...

you guys plants make me so jealous... i covered some of my pots with more jiffy startting mix to remove the wet part of the soil..and to minimize exposed legs..... damn upskirting.....

oo lol...binasa ko yan buong araw when i first saw it, in the end i found out that i got broad mite infestation

yea trim that leave right next to the steam and i think it will be fine. If its sunburn its only really mild sunburn and you could leave it on but if its fungus it needs to come off. Your plants are in a window sill right? So im guessing its not in a really wet area. Not sure. Good luck with your grow.
