Pretty sweet!! Wow I hate looking at pics where guys have more yard then the pic can show and I'm confined to a patio as my "yard".

Very cool!

My dad has been wanting to build/buy a green house. Was this a DIY project, or did you purchase it?

I had a very similar greenhouse and it was great for 4 or 5 years before the snow and wind finally ripped it apart. Difficult to heat and cool but still a great product

This was the beginning of the end, but a strong wind is what actually finished it off

Sweet. I'm a noob, so please forgive the lame question. But, what is the main purpose of a greenhouse? Keep bugs off your plants, temp control, etc? I'm guessing this type of greenhouse, you don't really control temps on because it has not insulation and you just open it up to vent otherwise.

Greenhouses are great about expanding the growing season. You can start plants much earlier, and continue growing them longer.

How much sooner and later? I know this depends on zone. But, will the plants do well in this type of greenhouse when night time temps drop below the 50's? Does it just protect them from dew/frost?

Please let me know if I need to make this a topic, I don't want to hijack this thread. I'm just really appreciating the nice greenhouse, and wondering if I should consider one. :) I've been growing peppers indoors this year and have just put them outside.

Thanks

Very nice. I envy you my friend.

I still want to build a greenhouse sometime.
The weather here is perfect for a greenhouse as it rarely gets below 35-40 degrees F, never snows, and summer temps are only occasionally above 90 degrees F.
That is why Fuchsias do so well here, especially on the coast.

I plan on anchoring it down do hopefully wind won't smash it. And wow that's alot of snow you have there.
