condiment Salsa Rio Verde 5 pepper Blend

Salsa Rio Verde from Longbranch trading Company of Long Beach Calif. Sent us 4 very good products for review.
Made with tomatillas, Jalapeno, serrano, Habanero & dried serrano peppers roasted green peppers, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame seeds, Lime Juice, Garlic, Cilantro & spices
We tried as suggested as a grilling sauce for fish and found it to be a good copliment to the seafood we tried it on Grouper grilled We also tried it straight on sampling spoons.
I perferred straight to the grilling sauce for seafood but both were good I see it used on all types of Mexican Food
I would give it a 7 of 10 on heat & a 8 of 10 on flavor

Forgot to tell you that the Rio Verde is great on Pork. My favorite is to take a pork roast and put in in the crock pot with some onion, cilantro a couple of peppers and some water. Cook all day till it falls apart. Make soft tacos topped off with the Rio Verde - Yummy
