Just wanting to say hi to everyone.
I am probably a novice to say the least...compared to many of the true heads on here, but I do enjoy some of the spicer delights the garden has to offer. Unfortunately, I have found as I get older, my digestive tract doesn't seem to be able to take the abuse it once did.
I am looking forward to learning much about digestive discomfort on this site from the experts.
