This was the FIRST time my wife and I ever had ANYTHING with bhut jolokia in it, so it was quite an eye opening (and watering) experience. This sauce had a wonderful flavor (for me, at least), which was immediately followed by a different kind of burn than I am used to. I could actually feel the path of fire down my throat. There was even a bit of euphoria to go along with the burn, which I can't say I've experienced with other sauces before.
All in all, this is an excellent sauce in my book. This one has a great taste, with plenty of heat, and it has been a perfect addition to a lot of our meals in the week and a half since we filmed this video review. The bottle is almost empty now, actually. I think we'll have to order another bottle once this one runs out.
P.S. - Apologies for the lack of a followup review for this video. The sauce was delicious, but it was also extremely hot. After the camera stopped recording, we weren't really up for filming more for the review.
