How does a humble peasant such as myself procure a wee dram of Zero?
Going to be dehydrating and powdering a couple pounds of freezer peppers this week. Mix of last years fatalii, savinas, and paper lanterns from the farmers market is glaring at me from their freezer burned bag (I'll use the vacuum sealer next go-round). I was going to keep the baby green habs separate for their more vegetal flavor (picked early due to Upstate early frost).
When trying to get rid of some past prime fresh-frozen peppers, do ya'll folks prefer to powder or puree or saucify the lot? Any input welcome!

I've been away for awhile, but I'm BAAAAACK.
Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back IN.
Been a long strange trip since I was last contributing here.
What, pray tell, have I missed?
Scorched, my apologies on the sudden departure. You had sent me a box of free pods right before my life went sideways in Oct 2015. Never did get to try my hand at sauce, but the pepper berries were dehydrated and vac-packed for another day.
I hope you've forgiven my abdication.
Just put in a big order at HEAT hot sauce shop.
Reached out to Joyner for some powda.
Had a chuckle today when my wife pulled an IP and emptied half a bottle of LDHS pink label in one sitting. Gimme a straw and a nackin'. Love that LDHS! Congrats on the continued success, Scott Z!
