Dragons Toes

Hi I'm new. I surfed the site to see if anyone had posted these. It may be such a common item that you all know about it already but here goes:
We loved watching the program "Heat Seekers" and on one of the episodes Aaron and Roger were served "Dragons Toes". The recipe was one Gold Habanero with the cap removed, seeds removed, stuffed with a scallop, wrapped in bacon, held together with a toothpick and baked for 12 minutes at 350º. We're vegetarians but we did the recipe just as it was presented, except using Morningstar Farms Vegetarian Bacon (turns out the M/Farms bacon holds up much better than "real" bacon which we had to try as well). After doing this for about a month we started to feel guilty about the scallops so I made up a cheese filling using a bit of cream cheese, a lot of grated Vermont white Cheddar and a bleu cheese dipping sauce I made from scratch. We never would have believed we could eat 3 of these each much less the 4 or 5 we can do now. They are absolutely addictive and five of them will be so satisfying that you won't even want to have dinner afterwards.
We usually do these with a Margarita made as follows: VitaMix original recipe for a Margarita with some tweaks:
To the 70oz container add 6oz Hornitos la Plata, 3oz Grand Marnier, one Gold Habanero (originally we used a serrano which has a nice flavor as well, take off the stem, but leave whole), meat of one ripe Mango, 1/4 Cup raw sugar plus two teaspoons, 6 cups of Ice cubes and 1/4 cup water. Turn on, turn to 10 then flip the High speed switch and blend for 40 seconds. Quite spicy and crazy delicious. So glad I came across this site.....thanks . . . ken
