Ono grinds!

Whats in the sauce?

Homemade Russian dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup (heaping)
2-3 tablespoons fine chopped homemade pickles
2 tablespoons red balsamic vinegar
1.5 teaspoon Meyers horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha...probably a tiny bit more actually but not much
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Pinch of white sugar

I like the sound of that russian recipe.

Myself, unless I'm baking bread...

I never measure.

I just start tossing stuff into a bowl and taste as I go along.

Most likely though....

I'd end up with about the same as you did.

On another note.

Now I want a reuben.

I normally use 1000 Island and i thought; "how hard can it be to make the right stuff".....pretty simple really. I swapped the balsamic vinegar for the more commonly used lemon juice.

that's what's up

You'll turn a three hand job into a one hand sausage cranking, one hand sausage guiding machine.
