Greetings from New Mexico

Hello from NM. I am brand new to the site but hope to find (and perhaps provide) answers to questions.

Little bit about me - I have grown various types of Chile for a number of years. This year I have Habañeros, Pequin, Big Jim, New Mexico 6-10 and Serranos (a total of 51 plants). Grow them for pleasure and turn most of them into Chipotle. I guess technically Chipotle Chiles are smoked Jalapeños but I figure if you can smoke those you should be able to smoke any chile.

Don't have land enough to grow annual family requirements - this year 6 sacks of Green Chile and 5 sacks of Red Chile.

Once I have the opportunity to wander around the site I will hopefully have a feeling on what is where. Until then, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Trout,
You'll find a virtual plethora of information here. And many on this board (including myself, albeit sadistically) should be able to answer any questions you may have concerning the almighty capsaicin vessel we call 'the pepper'.
