Note that the Seeds I got from dehydrated Bhuts bought in the store set wild peppers instead of Bhuts---must be Hybred from the wild pepper for pest or root immunity. I have those wild pepper as well but know nothing about them.

First blush, Naga Morich, but I'll defer to the more experienced folks.

just a shot in the dark here, the pic on my phone looks stretched out.... I see kinda rounded off tips , Iike I said just a shot in the dark ... goronong red !

im inclined to believe this is not a cross. balac sent me seeds a while back, and the immature pods that i have right now are showing the same traits more or less.

moreover i have like 6 plants growing, and they all grow in very similar fashion, and all pods among the six are pretty much identical in shape.

they are very annum like. they grow faster, with longer node spaces and very annum like leaves. they had those tell tale HUGE cotyledons when they were smaller as well.

IMO they are prob. 100% annum.

edit:
i just saw this post.
what teeth is comp referring to exactly? maby i can get a good look on one of the immature pods.

Actually they look more like an Annuum. You can see "teeth" in the calyx. Chinense varieties do not have those.
