Hello All
Thanks for all the helpful information which I have been reading the past weeks.
I like growing from seeds indoors, and then spicing up my dinners.

I am currently growing three different peppers; Thai Suns, Jalapeno M (the wife bought the seeds, a little to mild for my taste), and a mystery pepper (maybe 2 inches long growing upright in little bunches).
So if you had to pick one type of pepper, which one would you pick to grow and why.

First of all, welcome to THP. where are you from? :)
You also said some bad things about Jalapeño, that's not nice... I like Jalapeño.
If I were to pick only one pepper, I think that would be a kind of Jalapeño, or maybe a Caribbean red.

I refuse to contemplate life with only one kind of pepper, it's too depressing, so I'm of no use here.
 
Welcome Schweg, Jalapenos are a bit mild for me too, a nice snack though to put in your lunch box. If I had to chose any pepper it would be a habanero, not too bothered which one, Lemon, Chocolate, Peach, Orange, any of them.
 
Welcome to the best site for information that you can get from some great people . I like to try all kinds of pepper so its your choice whether to be teased or go complete inferno.
