Today is Mom's birthday and she wouldn't let us take her out to eat so I asked if she wanted steaks and baked potato, she agreed and I proceeded.
Fired up the pit and started burning ribeyes and a few other foods.

I also made spinach and artichoke dip for the shrimp and potato but totally forgot about it so I had to reload.

I forgot to pick up horseradish, that was missed!!

A weak effort compared to the awesome shit above!

Got some Porterhouse, the fat part of the T-bone, on special from the local F**kland for $13/kg. My gas bbq ran out of gas so had to cook it inside on a pan like a homo. Pan fried does not compare to even a gas grill, and gas grill does not compare to charcoal. I need to find a little table top charcoal grill for small cooks like this.
