help with pepper id please

This pepper had a reat sweet flavor with a mild heat that hit the back of the tounge and throat but it wasn't a lot of heat at all. i got the seeds and they where supposed to be bhut jolokia, i thought it might be a indian carbon but from what i remember from the indian carbon i had in the past the heat was more brutal on the throat.

here is a video review and a couple of photos of my plant a pod.

just found out that they are Zavory peppers
yup i was just going to say Zavory, i grow a few plants every year in honor of my late niece Amanda, they where here favorite
they have a great flavor and yes not much heat, you can eliminate even more of it by removing the seeds and placenta
they are delicious sauteed in olive or butter with a little sugar and salt, you can also add onion and garlic and other spice but i find they detract from there delicate flavor
thanks your friend Joe
