kk this place has been almost opening for 5 months. finally opened 3 weeks ago. we went for lunch today got 4 diffrent styles of wings,flavor wise i can see what they were trying to do but major problem was they dont understand tossing? wings came in a puddle of sauce.

garlic itallian- my favorite style of wing,problem is ive only ever had one good one. upstate n.y. place called "arts jug." the flavor on these was o.k.

asianman- had the whole generic "asian" flavor but was very watered down. the flavor was o.k. at best.

caribbean jerk- flavor wise o.k?

wild- this was actually a very good tasting sauce,they use some dried rub in it also which makes a nice textured sauce. the flavor was pretty good.


there hottest sauce is called "memory" im 99%sure thats right. we did try this"wasnt really that hot". it was suppose to be the same exact flavor as "wild" but be much hotter. it had somekind of extract flavor which only added a bitter taste and very little heat.

THE REAL PROBLEM, was wings so over cooked,very cheap meat.
very dry
bones broke on almost every wing!
skin was so fried it couldnt hold sauce so they had to pour it on the plate.
weak,tuff,sorry wings

if they pick up and actually keep a crowd I would go back,would just be curious. but i dont see them being in business in 2 months? they have several other huge problems besides there food! its a shame cause me and the wife really wanted a cool wang house up in D.C.

They're tryin to make money with a VERY LOW bottom end. Too bad they don't know that AINT how it works....
