What's "Chilli Oil"??

I was given some Mango Lime and Chilli chocolate and one of the listed ingredients was chilli oil. What exactly is it? Just another name for extract?

Here's the link to the product manufacturer (it lacks detail, sorry):

without contacting the manufacturer, I would guess it is an "infused" oil...probably warmed oil that had some kind of peppers in it so the capsaicin in the peppers would "float" into the oil

I get that the Mango puree (48%) is talking about the mango pieces...but:

Chocolate 88%
+Mango Pieces 12%
+Cocoa Solids 50% = 150%?

I know there is Australian rules football, but I guess there is also Australian rules math!

it's just the chocolate part that is 50% cocoa solids, its a darker chocolate. so you're double counting the cocoa solids.

Speaking of hot oils, how about some KY SENSUAL SILK warming for your valentine. Give the gift of a flaming pecker.:mouthonfire:
