is this mold? what to do?

I just got home and checked my germination tray and this little guy was hanging out in there. I planted seed the 16th and have been trying to keep it moist in there. But problem being is this mold by the bottom of the tag it looks white and fuzzy. Is there a need for concern and how do i kill out with out harming the plant. Also will the seed shell come off on it's own

Forgot to add the pic. Oh and should i transplant to the solo cup now or wait a few days?

Ok thanks man! Just don't want to harm it and didn't know if this was gonna kill it. So what do you think about moving it to a cup? Should i wait?

At this stage I'd be more worried about it's helmet head. Like all others said just remove the mold and see if it returns.

An I'd wait on moving it to a cup. Little to early for it's little roots.

I have them in a dome. It has vents on the to and i went ahead and opened them tho. I plan on getting a desk fan and another timer and putting it in with them this week. I have them in a cabinet and there's not much air flow in there. I've been keeping the doors closed trying to keep the temp up for germination.

Re: the seed cap. Spray it with water a few times a day to help keep it soft. If it doesn't come off on it's own after a few days, VERY carefully pinch the "seam" of the seed cap with tweezers to open the hole wider, and gently pull to see if it will come off. You'll want to spray it before you do. If you pull off the cotyledons, the plant will die, so don't put too much effort into it - just try again another day if it won't easily slip off.
