2 of each:

Pix?
What pix.

Imagine 66 plugs in a styrofoam aerogarden starter.

Most came from pods, so it will be interesting to see what comes up.

Strait to the point. Nice list. I see a lot of people growing "Carolina Reapers" this year. I'm still a skeptic on them thus far. Good luck this year!

Glad to see another Reaper hit the dirt. I've got a few going but I too am skeptical on what the finished product will look like.

Any who.....have fun with that aerogarden...and the rest of the grow.

Got one in the hilbilly hydro I haven't managed to kill off yet,(reaper) but this batch is being sprouted to go outside.
Aerogarden is really nice-----for 3 months max on a 7 spot grow. First try on the 66 spot sprouter.
I am hoping to get 2 months (germinating included) before I have to put them in nursery flats till last chance of frost.

May be an intensive couple months at the end, running 60+ of them out during the day, and in at night (last year final frost---June 1st) but worth it, IMHO.

I'm interested in seeing how well you do with the Aerogarden starter system - I just started using the same thing, albeit not all for peppers. Good luck with your grow!

I hear ya on that. Our first business was a veg box scheme and plant stall. Every morning and every night we had to move 200+ pots. I would suggests investing in some way of carrying them easily, we used bannana boxes from our supermarket as they were free, lightweight but sturdy.

Good luck with you 2013 season

Not quite 50% germination in 14 days, and no Reapers yet.
Prepping for potting them, so got a 6 tube T5 HO.

Better pic.
Exactly as listed in the original post.
1-12
First 6 on left, second 6 on right, with the "2 each" in the middle. (1-2-3)
Only really interesting sprout is the second Bolivian rainbow.

Camera dumbed down for web so it the true color doesn't show, but the leaves are a darkish green/purple.

Today's project.
27 too big for the aerogarden.

Less than a month.

Which means I had to move the ghetto hydro to the other side.

(on the left 1/2 are 3 plants---on the right 1/2, only one---ajijoe's Peach Habilokia "The Octopus".--Can't remember if it's type #1 or #2)

Following this glog eagerly....I already am doing the running plants out to the porch for the day, them back imside in the evening...lol

Those seedlings are looking good, I see what you mean about the size difference betwee them and the octopus.

I wish I could run plants outside, seeing as we just got a foot of snow dumped on us over the last couple days I doubt they'd like it out there much.

Yah.
At over 5000' here, it will still be another month before I can trust running them outside.
Last year, the final frost was on June 1st.
Though it is currently almost 60F outside, it can change in an hour to 30 and snow.

<p>March 24.
2 flats of assorted peppers. All started in the aerogarden on Jan 31st. Less than 2 months old,Bolivian Rainbow---started setting flowers about 6 weeks from planting seed in aerogarden---not from sprouting or transplanting, from first time seed got wet.Taller ones are the rainbows, charlestons, and thai dragons, in the pot is an over winter thai dragon that has just been sitting in the windowsill giving me a couple of peppers a month.

'Scuse me.
3 flats of peppers.

I think I am going to keep that particular Bolivian Rainbow for breeding purposes.
6 weeks from planting seed to flower?
Thats a winner there.

I only planted 2 of them.
One turned a nice purple shade, and the other started putting out flowers like mad.
You can see the difference.
Middle pic is of the flowering one, the one with the dark leaves in the third pic is the other.
Note the nice bluish one has no sign of flowering at all.Better view, side by side.

That will be interesting to see if they both grow true.
I have some seedlings, can't remember if black or purple jalapenos, where some are purple leaves, and some are green....only time will tell what mine produce.

Looking good!

The mystery seeds you sent are popping like crazy. Now all I have to do is sit back and wait and wait and wait while wondering what they are. Haha!
