and without further a do!!.. let us start a progress chart on this MoA Scotch bonnet pepper!!

i shouldve asked.... just got excited to share and keep a glog on this pepper... to steve954 hope no offense taken....
I don't know, but if it was me I certainly would have asked him, we're all different so he might not care I really don't know ... guess we'll find out when he's around ....
I would think that you can glog about your personal experience growing the MoA. You did give him credit for providing the seeds. I don't see anything offensive. Just my .02.
Pia, if I understand you' correctly; you are saying that it's fine to start a new glog about each rare variety with a new glog even though one already has a 2013 glog up and running. IMHO the correct way to proceed would be to ask the generous person you acquired the rare seed from. AFAIK Steve went through a lot of trouble and expense to acquire this seed from the Ministry of Agriculture and he was kind enough to share with us. He could have easily raised plants and sold seeds, how does one know he did not want to start a glog or thread after he provided us with seeds? A polite gesture to ask him first is not unreasonable. Why not glog about it in the glog you already have going like the rest of us have.
positive vibes......
I would have gone with your last thought "i should have asked," as you posted above ... it's the correct way to proceed, but I guess to each their own and we all think differently, no offense this is just my opinion.

I am very proud to be a part of THP. I joined this community because I wanted to share, learn, teach, but more importantly, look at pod porn. We are generous chileheads.

Dennis, I appreciate that you decided to make a tread on the MoA.

Ramon, my bruddah, everyting irie. Thank you for keeping me in mind. We still on for beach soccer and seaweed harvest this Saurday?

These seeds come directly from the Jamaican Ministry of Agriculture's Bodles Reseach Station in St. Catherine's Parish.

afraid i misunderstood the thread. these are from some actual Jamaican seed bank or something?

i doubt mine are. afraid i tossed the seed pack after poping them all.
Let's call it the Fort Knox of all Jamaican seed banks! They were not easy to get as they do not even sell these to Jamaican citizens.

Only a select few head farmers of Jamaica get the priviledge.....Not anymore!

It is my great pleasure to annouce, the because of the good people here on THP. Experienced growers and noobs alike will soon be able to grow this superior strain of SB.

Thanks for being so generous Steve! I'm fully extended this year, but would like to grow some SBs next year. This is so cool to find this information and be able to "read up" on them in advance.

Good luck DeNNiZ, I'll be keeping an eye on your grow!

… Dennis, I appreciate that you decided to make a tread on the MoA. …Ramon, my bruddah, everyting irie. … Thank you for keeping me in mind.
Good to read that you’re not disappointed as you may know I only stated what I believe to be correct and the way I act in this life. Now that I read it's ok with you, apologies to Denniz and Pia if you feel I was out of line but I only stated the way I roll in real life and to me dis is real ....

Most definitely brethren!

Very cool, while I spent a lot of time tooling about Spanish Town, I never visited their research center there. Their main offices are in Hope Gardens, Kingston 6, JA WI, which is Saint Andrews, not far from where I lived. I attended some orchid shows at Hope Gardens, bought a few and visited numerous times, beautiful place mon! Again, call me a dolt for never asking about the SB with dem :/ Spanish Town is a very cool place if you’re into Spanish History and architecture in JA, aside from that there’s no much there. My dad was an architect and our ancestry is Spanish, so I loved it. I for one thank you Steve for all your efforts … great job mon \o_

This will be a cool thread. 5/6 on the MoA's for me. Just waiting for that last one to pop and then I can officially say my "2013" is underway! Thanks again to Steve for making this possible. Without him we'd all still on the search for the Mother of All bonnets  No offense Pr0d!

Only one thing Denniz. I think that you should (and just my opinion) take all pics out of this thread that are not MoA Bonnet pods or plants. Other people on the web and THP might just get confused in thinking that those pods are MoA Bonnets. Especially with a thread title like that and then the first pics of pods not being them. Again just my opinion. But like you said mon, positive vibes........ I'm truly not trying to tell you how to post in your thread, just a suggestion bud.
