Leftovers Help

with a little cheese, you could make a variation on scalloped potatoes and if you do a good job, you can call your dish hotwing's scalloped potatoes!

Your veggies along with the kielbasa and alfredo sauce sounds good to me right now. And fast, since the veggies are leftovers and it doesn't take much time to heat up kielbasa. If you have some broccoli or snow peas, toss those in, too.

Thanks guys for the help. I ended up making a vegetable sausage soup. The pasta sauce well. I will need to figure something. Probably use it with chicken tenders.

For the pasta sauce, I'd suggest a baked ziti kind of dish, with roasted peppers and (ground beef) meatballs, spicy if you want 'em. Recipes should be plentiful online.

Here's a pretty cool website you can try next time. Add your ingredients in and it'll show you all the internet recipes you can make with those ingredients.

back when i was a single dude i would throw anything and everything into a burrito wrap and call it a day.

on a side note most of all my left over food would come from my mom or my sister. since all of my money was tied up in woman and booze ;)

When u'd still have the leftovers now u'd probably could add mushrooms (growing on the lefts) to the ingredients too

I'd say bake the potatoes, chicken onions and peppers (and the home grwon mushrooms  )  top it with the sauce and dig in.
