Sure, it's not that hot - nor, is it good for everything.

But, in my opinion - it is the best sauce for take-out mexican food.

Great Hab taste, decent heat, a touch of mexican spice.

It might be a specific usage sauce, but it's great at what it does.

It's a total MUST for Taco Bell.

I think they are the ones who make a hot sauce with ginger in it. That stuff was pretty good.

If you like ginger in hot suace, give palmetto pepper potions Larynx Lava a try. The ginger is very pronouced, blended with pioneapple. It's fantastic.

I use ginger in my hot sauce as well. I think it adds a nice flavor and compliments the other flavors nicely.
