Silver_Surfer's Soggy Setback 2013

When the ground almost gets dry enough to work, it rains again.

Plants are long past ready and beginning to get root bound.

More rain today. At least the SE no longer suffers from a drought.

Great looking plants S.S. what all are you growing this year if I might ask?
Here in Missouri we are recovering from snow which took its toal on our fruit trees,
along with a lot of early gardens. I finally was able to set out my poor peppers and tomatoes, almost two weeks late, but at least they are out now.

rain phhf!!!!!!!! we all know in 4 months you aint going to be able to see threw that plot!! best of luck and cant wait to se the forrest, and tables of beer and pods

Glad your doing a glog. Your garden is always epic! Tons of rain here to. I was up to my knees in mud but still planting. Hope the weather improves. Good luck!

Hope the water slows down soon and the weather warms a bit more too. Lows in the 40's the past few nights.

At least till next week...

Looking great SS. Cant wait for those belly crawling harvest pictures.

Thanks MW. Wider rows this season (8ft.) will hopefully make a difference.

beautiful plants

Thanks armac, they're longing for more root space.

Sorry about all the rain! What a drag. I hope it clears up for you soon!

It can't go on like this forever, or can it? The climate is definitely changing.

Those plants look absolutely wonderful! How have you propagated them?

Thanks. 72 cell seed trays, then moved to 2.5" x 2.5" x 3.5" pots, then to the #1 pots you see above, all with Pro Mix BX.

WOW SS, that's a fantastic looking plot you have! Hopefully we can all dry out some this week :)

You and me both! It's got a lot of drying to do; that mud goes deep.

It will be perfect again. You have a gift. You grow the best tasting peppers I have ever had! Save some for me.

Appreciated, if I ever get them in the dirt I'm sure you'll get some Dixie heat. ;)

rain phhf!!!!!!!! we all know in 4 months you aint going to be able to see threw that plot!! best of luck and cant wait to se the forrest, and tables of beer and pods

Thanks sicman, gotta get those roots tucked in the dirt first.

You have some amazing plants! Oh i have so much to learn for next years grow....

Thanks, below average growth for seeds started February 15th, since many got sun scald as I fell asleep during their first day of full sun and baked em too long.

Wow great looking plot and plants! Quite a diverse bunch too. Look forward to seeing them in the ground.

Thanks, yeah I can't wait to get them in the ground. Watering has been a little easier this Spring though; one benefit of so much liquid sunshine. :)

Plants look great, nice list. No Red Bhuts?

Nope, red seems so mundane.

Thanks

Here we go, awesome list SS..

Hope they survive the wait. Determined not to pot up again.

Looking good SS, if you need end of the season help again I'll be there man. Seriously thanks for that last year.

Also, I'm going to be sending some Sepia Serpents off to get the SHU tested. I'll let you know the results when I get them back

 lookin good! My very first THP peppers came from one of your auctions. Can't wait to see some pod porn.

No sepia serpents?
